She was able to schedule care for the entire month.  This was done with virtually no notice in 24 hours.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a lifesaver! We had a holiday planned to go away but my husband was unable to go at last minute, so I called JLFH for someone to come in for a few hours in morning and evening!
We were sent a timetable of who would be there at which times and organizing  paper work,  was easy!

The ladies who came were awesome and made sure his meals were prepared, checked his bandage, light housekeeping and companionship. I will definitely reach out to them again should the need arise.

Working with the JLF team, from administration down to my mom’s caretaker has been great. Everyone is prompt and professional, and they really take care to listen and attend to the needs of their clients and their families. JLF did a great job matching the perfect caregiver for my mom, and she couldn’t be happier and excited each time the caregiver comes for her visit. From the first desperate call over a year ago, JLF's sympathy, openness and understanding have proven consistent and matched with competence in every encounter. I am so grateful for the excellent and consistent Care Aide they provided. She has become a regular and indispensable part of our team, lifting the load and helping me overcome the burnout I was struggling with.
